Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal opinions and advisory services to departmental leadership
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal frameworks
  • Handle litigation processes in collaboration with the State Attorney
  • Support labour relations and legal stability within the department

Minimum Requirements:

  • LLB Degree (NQF Level 7)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior management level in legal services
  • Strong understanding of legislation such as the Labour Relations Act and Promotion of Administrative Justice Act
