Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in fields such as:
  • Development Finance
  • Economics
  • Financial Accounting
  • Corporate Finance
  • Business or Public Administration
• An Honours degree will be advantageous
• At least 5 years of senior management experience, preferably in funding or development finance
• Experience working in audited environments with strong compliance knowledge

Additionally, candidates must demonstrate familiarity with key legislative frameworks, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Act, and National Development Plan.
