    • Horticulture
    • Agriculture or related qualification
  • Registration with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP)
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in plant conservation, horticulture, or agriculture

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on the conservation and sustainable use of plant genetic resources. Duties include:

  • Seed processing and storage
  • Germination testing
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Supporting conservation projects
  • Assisting with gene bank management

Qualifications Required
