  • The Basic Accounting System (BAS)
  • Budget planning and expenditure control processes

  • Consolidating and quality-assuring budget submissions
  • Capturing budgets and budget adjustments on BAS
  • Processing budget rollovers, virements, and shifting of funds
  • Monitoring expenditure against approved budgets
  • Preparing monthly expenditure and cash flow reports
  • Supporting compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations
