Key Responsibilities

- Compiling Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) databases
- Assisting with the preparation of Estimates of National Expenditure (ENE) and Adjusted Estimates of National Expenditure (AENE)
- Consolidating and quality-assuring budget submissions
- Capturing budgets and budget adjustments on BAS
- Processing budget rollovers, virements, and shifting of funds
- Monitoring expenditure against approved budgets
- Preparing monthly expenditure and cash flow reports
- Supporting compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations
