🎯 Purpose of the Role

🎓 Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in fields such as:
- Public Administration
- Economics
- Political Science
- Business Administration
- A Master’s degree or PhD will be an advantage
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in:
- Public sector
- Academia
- Development institutions
Key Knowledge Areas:
- South African public administration systems
- Public sector legislation (e.g. PFMA, Public Service Act)
- Governance, policy development, and curriculum innovation
- Digital transformation and education systems
