| Do you have any pending criminal case against you? | It means: Is there a lawsuit, prosecution, legal proceeding, trial still going on against you right now? |
| Have you ever been dismissed for misconduct from the Public Service? | It means: Have you ever been fired from a government job because you did something wrong? |
| Do you have any pending disciplinary case against you? | It means: Are you currently being investigated or facing trouble at work for breaking rules? |
| Have you resigned from a recent job pending any disciplinary proceeding against you? | It means: Did you quit your last job while you were about to face trouble or investigation for breaking rules? |
| Have you been discharged or retired from the Public Service on grounds of ill-health or on condition that your cannot be reemployed? | It means: Were you let go or made to retire from a government job because of health problems, or with a rule that you can’t be hired again? |
